A quick learner from Slippery Rock says:
Hello,

I am looking for (175) replacement wheels like the attached. These are commercial windows in a hotel.

Hello there!

Start by comparing an undamaged roller to our 87-218 to see if this matches up for what you need.

See our recommendation for your sliding window roller above. As for the pivot bar, see the 26-466 and compare the dimensions shown on our product page to yours. Thank you.

A contractor from Slippery Rock says:
The roller assembly doesn't seem to match the photos I sent, please see the attached photos of what I am looking for.

Thanks,

I'm confused. Your first and second batch of pictures above looks like a dead ringer for our 87-218 roller but these new pictures are of a pivot shoe, not a roller assembly.

A contractor from Slippery Rock says:
Yes, I am looking for the piece that connects the balancer to the pivot bar.

Gotcha! I'm not familiar with this shoe but I'm going to have one of our senior experts take a look and see if they could recommend a replacement for you. We'll reach out as soon as more information is available.

Thank you!

Paul from SWISCO responded:

Your pivot shoe looks like an older version of our 15-177 and is designed to use the Series 152 coil springs. These springs screw to the pivot shoe. Compare the dimensions to confirm everything lines up for what you need.
