Window World 4000 series double hung balance

Question

I am looking for this part that is in the track that the bottom of the window snaps into.  Can I replace just that part or does the metal piece that goes up the track also have to be replaced?  Also, are there installation instructions on how to replace it?

Unfortunately, we don't carry that particular coil balance setup. With that being said, the Series 140 is similar. Review the specifications below to see if this might work for your application. If the dimensions match, you'll need to weigh the sash your balances support to determine the correct strength options for your replacements.
