Window World Balance

Question

I am seeking replacement balances for two Window World AMI Series 6000 double hung windows that were installed in my house in 2011. The SN is 11-085588, which is attached as a photo. I also attached the broken parts.

Hey there. This looks like a 15-177 Pivot Shoe, which works with Series 152 Coil Balance spring sold separately. The video below explains how to choose spring weights for the replacement coil springs. You can reuse your old coil housing if it is unbroken--otherwise see the 15-143, 15-144 and 15-145. These parts sandwich around each individual coil spring.
