Window World Sash Balancers

Question

Good afternoon,
I am looking for replacement sash balancers for a Window World window manufactured in 2011, serial number 152-215712, window size is 19-3/4" x 45-1/2", it is a single hung tilting window. The sash balancers are missing, but in my photos is a closeup of what I think is the cam which may be helpful in identifying the correct balncer type - I believe these are channel balancers, but I am not certain. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Hi Tim,

The shoe you have reminds me of the 15-177 Coil Balance Shoe. It is compatible with the Series 152 Coil Balance; attached using the 33-072 screw.

To determine the correct replacement for the coils you'll need to remove them and check for a stamp/marking. If there aren't any, please see the tutorial (tagged below this thread) for instructions on selecting the coil weight option.

To replace the coil supports, you'll need the 15-143 Coil Bushing, 15-144 Coil Bushing Cap, and 15-145 Coil Support Barrel. All three snap together around one coil.
