Window adjustment

Question

I am reconditioning my windows and have installed 39-013 - Casement Window Operator, 13-1/2" Arm and 36-048 - 2-Bar Hinge Set, 10". One of the windows doesnt close and needs to be adjusted. How would I make the adjustment?

Thanks for your patience while we looked into this. Looking at your photo, it appears that you need to shim up the bottom hinge to close the gap at the top of the window. What I would do is to remove the operator from the window and focus on installing the hinges first to make sure the window opens and closes before you reinstall the operator. It would be easier to shim the hinges then to make up for that gap.
