Thanks for posting. This looks like it might be an older version of our Series 140. Specifically, the stamp code indicates this might be an S140-12. Take a look at the specifications and see if they match your old coil balance system. If you're uncertain this is the right spring weight support, weigh your window sash. Give us that exact weight and we'll work out the rest for you.
