Window arm and opening crank

Question

The worm drive? (piece that connects into my window crank) has detatched from the gear mechanism. I understand I have to replace the whole operator and I believe the part I want is the Caradco Window Crank 9 1/2 - 39-155, but I was hoping for some confirmation. Thank you!

Hey there. Yep, if that worm gear pops out the whole operator has to be replaced. If the link arm is 3-13/16" (see below), then the 39-155 is indeed what you need! For a new cover and handle, see the 39-107 and 39-114L sold separately.
