Hi Don,

I think it looks more like our Series 395, no wings on shoe. You are in for a treat, these are the easiest balances to replace, honestly.

Also take a look at the top sash guides while you have the window sash out, they may need to be replaced if they are damaged.

Viking 3-0x4-0 single hung from home depot. I believe it's part 21" SERIES 385 CHANNEL BALANCE 2030 ? This for my home. Been a carpenter for 40 years and never replaced one of these. Installed many of these windows.
