Hello!

Your balance looks like our Series 770. Can you confirm the length of your metal channel and the exact weight of your sash? I just want to make sure we get you the right hardware for the job.

Thank you!

Thank you! If your sash weight is exactly 35 pounds, you can use the 28F stamp option. Two balances with this option will support a sash weighing 32 to 36 lbs. If your pivot shoe is in working order you can reuse it but if you need a new one, we'll need to see it removed from the track along with the written out thickness and width dimensions.

Can you show me which pivot shoe to order to replace?

The Series 770 uses a handful of pivot shoes but the best match depends on your original, which I can't identify since it's still in the track. Our 15-129 is one of the pivot shoes that's often used with this balance but you'll need to remove yours from the window to confirm the dimensions match up.
