I suggest starting with part 15-129, look over the dimensions and compare it to your existing shoe to determine if it might be a fit.

If you are looking to replace the balance, I'll need to see a photo of an undamaged balance removed from the window. I am specifically looking to see any attachments on the top and/or bottom of the balance as well as the stamp from the metal channel.
