Thanks for reaching out! I am confident that we can supply you with the replacement balances needed for your window. Your balances appear to have a plain channel with a 15-014 knife lock shoe attached to them. So, they will need to be a custom assembly.

To confirm pricing and availability, I'll need to know the exact weight of your sash. Unfortunately, I cannot cross-reference your stamp and that is what helps to determine the weight range you balances should be able to support to carry the weight of your sash.

I'll also need to know the exact number of balances you intend to purchase. There is an order minimum of (2) balances per custom balance.
