Window balance

I need to purchase balance with shoe for MI 1650 series double hung window . Weight of window is 22 lbs .
Balance length overall is 4 inches wide 1.25 inches thickness 0.5 inch.

Thanks for posting. This looks like a 15-180 Pivot Shoe, which uses Series 190 Coil Balances. For a window that weighs exactly 22 pounds, use the S190-540 5 pound spring and S190-640 6 pound spring on both sides of the window sash. This will equal 11 pounds of support on both sides, for a total of 22 pounds of support overall. If your old cover supports are undamaged you can reuse them, otherwise see the 15-181 and 15-182 components. Let me know if you have further questions.
