Window balance

Question

The balance says 2320 JP

It's for a PGT 34" wide x 24" tall sash

Single hung non tilt window

The metal channel measures 24" long x 1/2" wide

Also need the clips to remove the sash and balances.

Thanks for reaching out to us! Your channel balance can be replaced with the S395-24, which is assembled with a winged top and a wingless bottom shoe. You'll need to select the 2320 stamp option.

The metal clip you are searching for can be replaced with the 16-002 Take Out Clip. Take a look over the dimensions to confirm that this is the correct replacement.
