Thanks for reaching out to us. We should be able to help with this. Can you show us a photo of the inside of the metal channel where the innerspring connects to the pulley mechanism? That'd be located in the middle of the channel. 

Thank you kindly! Based on these photos, I recommend the S380-26 or S385-26 with the 2540 stamp option. You'll have to measure the bottom shoe as shown below to determine the best match.
