We don't carry your exact balances but we can custom-make the replacement for you using the S770 channel balances with the 62-105 hook attached. Note that the S770-37 balances would use either the 37C or 37D strength options since they will both support a 27-pound sash. If you could show us the stamp code on the metal channel, that could help us ensure that the replacements will have the same calibration.
37C: 22 to 27 lbs
37D: 27 to 32 lbs
We'll also need to confirm how the top of your balance attaches to the window jamb. Lastly, we'll need to know the number of balances you'll need for each length, with the minimum being two. If you need new pivot shoes as well, see the 15-105. Thank you!
Thanks for getting back to us. You should be good to go with the S770-37, which also uses a screw at the top for installation. We'll just need you to confirm which strength option you'd like to go with, 37C or 37D, since your stamp does not match any of our options and both will support the sash weight you provided.
