Thank you for contacting us. Take a look at the Series 395 channel balance. This comes with the 19-005 winged top fitting and 15-001 wingless 1-1/8" deep shoe. 

Note that you only want to measure the metal channel to determine the length; yours should measure 27" so we recommend checking to be safe. If it's indeed 27", you can select the 2620 stamp option for your replacements.
