Window balance

Question

I can not find balance for my windows. Visions 3500 series. 9 lb

Spring from windows but I don't see any attachments no Spring at all I m so confused. 1 window I can see them but 2 one not open properly but I don't see Springs at all

Hello,

Your photos resemble the S220-09 coil balance. This assembly is used with the 16-031 mounting bracket.

It sounds like your second window may be missing parts of the balance assembly but the coil spring appears to match the S180-09 used with the S220. Take a look and confirm the specifications match the original hardware used in your windows. Thanks for posting!
