Can you help Identify this part please..... It is a hemmed balance -- 27" long -- I have attached pics of the ends -- this balance slides up and down with the window rather then the balance staying in place and the strings controlling the window..... This is a tilt window -- The numbers on the balance are faded pretty bad but I think they read 26 7 EW CNC 3
