I need 2 window channel balances the top where the spring is is flat and has a screw fitting

I believe we can supply this balance, though based on the configuration I see here it's going to need to be a custom order.

To start, can you verify the size and style of the plastic fittings at either end of the balance? The top fitting appears to match our 19-042, but you will need to verify that for me. As for the bottom fitting, I need to know its depth. If you were to stand the balance up on its end, this would be the "heel to toe" measurement. It should be either 7/8" deep, 1" deep, or 1-3/32" deep.

Regarding the top sash guide, we don't sell an exact match for this. The best options we have are our 18-089, 18-065, and 18-010. One of these may work as long as the size is right, but you can expect to have to do some minor retrofits even then.
