Window balance with "25 4 EW CMC 10" stamped on the part.

Please help me identify which part you have in stock that I should buy to replace this window balance.

Also, what sash cam and sash stop should I buy for this window?

Hi there! It looks like you have an S350-26 with a stamp option of 2540. As for your sash guide, I'd need to see pictures of it undamaged and out of the window in order to confirm a match.

The top that I have in old part has wings that are already broken; that's why you can't see in the picture. Please suggest a part that have winged top.

My sincerest apologies! In that case, you'll need either the S380-26 or S385-26. You’ll need to measure as shown below. The Series 380 has a 1" bottom attachment, and the Series 385 has a 1-3/32" attachment. You'll also need the stamp option of 2540. Please let us know if you have any questions!

My sash cam is already broken; I don't know its original shape but the attached picture shows current broken ones. Please suggest which part I can buy to replace this sash cam?

Also do I need sash stop? Which one should I buy?

This looks like our 18-171 Top Sash Guide. Give it a look and see if you agree. As far as sash stops go, it depends on what you originally had. If you want to send us pictures of your original we'll see what we can do.
