There is a chance that we can supply you with a replacement channel balance for you window. However, to determine the correct replacement balances needed for your window, I'll need to see a photo of an undamaged balance removed from the window. Unfortunately, the stamp from the balance does not indicate the type of balance you need. It only tells us the weight range the balance should be able to carry to support the weight of your sash.
To properly identify them, I'll need to see a photo of any attachments that may be on the top or bottom of the balance.
If this is a tilt window, I'll need to see any attachments that could possibly be left behind in the window or that could possibly be attached to the bottom of the window. If there is a hook at the top of the balance, I'll need to see the space in the window channel where the hook connects.
If there are no balances in the window at all, I'll need to see an undamaged balance from a similar window and I'll need to know the height of the visible glass as well as the window weight.

Thanks for the photos. It appears you have a Series 770 channel balance with a 62-105 Heavy Duty Pointed Hook attached to the bottom. So, this will need to be a custom made assembly.
Before I can move forward with getting the order link made up for you, there are a few pieces of information I'll need to confirm. To start, I'd like to confirm the length of your balance. It should be either 34" or 35".
I'll also need to know the exact weight of the sash. I am unable to cross-reference your balance stamp with the stamps from our balances. So I'll need to know the exact weight to determine the weight range your balances should be able to support.
