We may be able to replace this balance, but I think you might have a special type. Can you confirm the depth of the bottom shoe? That would be the "heel to toe" measurement. If you look at our 15-004 as an example, you'll see the measurement in question is 1-3/32". Can you also tell me how many you need?

Thank you! Upon review of your photos, I actually think you can use our S385-28 channel balance as a replacement. Like Tom said, yours is a special type, but I don't see anything in your photos that would prevent the S385-28 from working. It's a slightly different style but it functions the same way, and you can order it normally. I would recommend our 2770 stamp for sashes weighing 36 through 39 pounds. You may want to weigh your sash to confirm this is right.
