Thanks for posting. We can help you replace these channel balances, but you'll need a little more information to identify what you need. Could you send us closer pictures of the balance's end attachments? Could you also photograph any stamped codes along the metal channel? Finally, could you measure the length of the metal channel, excluding the end attachments? This will help us identify what you need. Thanks.

Total length is 21 inches. More images attached.

Thanks for getting back to me. Hm, can you confirm that the metal channel, not including the end attachments, is 21"? It's a little unusual, since by standard your stamp code of 19 3 would indicate your balance is 20" long, not 21".

Yes, the metal channel length is 20" long, not including the plastic ends.

Okay, thanks for clarifying. See our S380-20 or S385-20 Channel Balances. The only difference between these two Series is the 'depth' of the bottom nylon shoe. With the Series 380 the depth of this nylon shoe is 1", whereas with the Series 385 it is 1-3/32". Compare with your own and see what is best.

Once you know which balance to select, you must choose a stamp option. Your stamped number of 19 3 conforms to our stamp option of 1930, for a window sash in the weight range of 12 through 14 lbs. Let us know if you have any questions.
