Window balance

Question

I need replacement balance hardware. The balance in the pic is the original and came off a single hung tilt window. The windows are about 20 years old and I cannot find the manufactures name on the window. Do you have replacement parts?

Thanks for posting. This looks like an old crossbow balance. We don't carry these anymore, and suggest you replace them with our Series 795 Channel Balance. See the video below for details.
