Window balance

A quick learner from Mechanicsville VA says:

I was inquiring about a window balance replacement. I have attached as many pictures as possible. I found a picture online of what the bottom of the balance looks like as well. The existing piece was misplaced. Thank you for your time and I look forward to hearing from you.

Hi Bryan. This looks like an S795-30, with a stamp option of 30B. Does the other balance in this window still have its T-Lock Shoe attachment? It's worth checking, since there's a few different versions of this shoe. The Series 795 comes installed by default with our 15-195 1-1/4" Closed Cam Shoe; but you also want to make sure you don't need the 15-195B 1-1/4" Open Cam Shoe, or the 15-194 1" wide Shoe. If you need either of those two options, you can buy them separately and then swap them with the 15-195. Let me know if you have any questions.

That looks like the 15-195B open cam that I mentioned in my last post. This isn't standard. That means that if you're going to purchase a new Series 795 balance, which comes with a different kind of shoe, you'll need to purchase the 15-195B separately and then swap them out when you get them.
