It appears you're in need of a new coil spring system. You have come to the right place. Starting off with your spring, see our Series 160. There should also be some sort of stamped number or marking on the spring. That number will help you determine what spring strength to choose. if there isn't a stamping, get back to us with the weight of your sash. This spring can be used with the 15-150S single support and 15-199 pivot shoe. Look over all the parts mentioned and let us know if you any other questions come up.
