I would like to know where can I get this balance. My window size 35.5 x 59.5.

This looks like our 15-087 Coil Balance Shoe, as well as our 15-086 Tandem Housing and 16-024 Mounting Bracket. This assembly uses Series 180 Coil Balances. Let us know if you have any other questions.

my sash is 22lbs. What size of coil balance that I need?

If the sash weighs exactly 22 lbs, then a 0S180-5 and S180-6 on each side of the sash should work for you. This would equal 11 lbs of support on each side of the window sash, for a total of 22 lbs of support overall.
