Window balance

I need to purchase replacement ends for my window balance. The end was like a press in fold over end. I have included some photos. Let me know if the end kits are available as the balance works ok

This is the piece that breaks off on the non-anchor end. It seems like a folded over end that can press in.

Thanks for reaching out to us. We can definitely supply this balance, but it will have to be a custom order due to its configuration. Specifically, we will be using a 24" long and 1/2" wide metal channel with a 19-039 top and 15-002 bottom nylon fitting. The top looks a little different compared to yours, but I believe it's just a newer version. Your exact top fitting isn't made anymore.

I will also be going with a 2330 stamp option, based on your old stamp.

Does this setup look good to you? If so, let me know how many complete balance assemblies you wished to order and I will email you an order link and price quote for that quantity.

Part number 19-039 is what I need. The remainder of the balances are ok and the springs work. I would need 20 of these parts to repair the window I have. Let me know how I can order these specific parts.

I purchased the end for the balance and they are correct. I now have another issue as the clip that attaches to the window is broken on some. Photo attached (black piece) is what I am looking for. Is this available at Swisscom?

I was unfortunately not able to locate a Jones top sash guide, but I came up with our 18-010. This has a similar design and you might be able to use as a replacement. Plus it's metal, so that may be helpful. Please compare it to your original and let me know if they match up.

Yes these will work. Are they available in dark bronze same as windows?

They are not, unfortunately, but they can be painted if necessary.
