I need to know the correct parts to purchase for our window balance. It is 1/2in across in diameter and has 25 4 AN CALDWELL written on it.

Please let me know which ones to choose. Also do you sell them anywhere in Vancouver Washington, or Portland, Oregon or do I need to purchase online?

Based on your photos, you have either our S380-26 or S385-26. The only difference between them is the size of the bottom fitting, which is indicated on their respective store pages. You'll need to measure your bottom fitting to confirm which one is the better match.
