I have attached pictures of a pair of window balance I need to replace. Please help me with identifying and purchasing new ones.
U shape is 5/8 x 9/16 x 5/8 and 28" long. Sash weight is 19 lbs. There are no markings on balances. House was built 2002 Melbourne Beach FL

Hello,
With this combination of attachments, you could have either the S380-28 or S385-28 channel balance. You’ll need to measure as shown below. The Series 380 has a 1" bottom attachment, and the Series 385 has a 1-3/32" attachment.
You'll also need to locate the stamp on your balance channel to choose the corresponding strength option since either 2730 or 2740 will support a 19-pound sash. Thank you and let us know if you have any other questions or concerns.

Unfortunately there are no stamping or printed numbers on the original balances. I measured as you indicated and the S380-28 is correct. I will go with the larger weight 2740. Again thanks for the help.
