I would like to know what replacement window balance I should buy.

To further review we will need to see the balance removed from the window where we can see clear images of the top and bottom nylon attachments. Seeing these details will help us determine which Series your window uses. Thank you!

Your balance does resemble the S395-28 channel balance with a 2730 stamp option. Please review the overall dimensions to confirm a good fit. The length of the metal channel excluding the nylon attachments should measure 28" long. Let us know if you have any additional questions.
