I am unsure of the part I need. Herebare some pictures. Its 31" long with winged ends. Adding some pics

Hello,

We can supply your replacement balances but it will need to be a custom order due to the unique combination of end attachments. To get started, we would need you to confirm the number of balances that you need, with the minimum being two. Also please confirm that your metal balance channel measures 30" long, not including the end fittings. Thank you!

The channels are 31" long I found them in your website. I need to know if I need a 385 or 395

Unfortunately, neither the S385 or S395 would work as a replacement for your original balance since the end fittings differ from your part. We are familiar with your balances and we can supply them but we would need to confirm the number of replacements that you need to send over an order link and price quote.
