Window balance

Question

I need to replace the window balance on one of my windows. The writing on the window balance is 25 3 EX CMC 11. Also included in the pictures. Please let me know what balance would you recommend.

Hi there, Jim.

My recommendation is either the S380-26 or S385-26 based on what I see in your photos. The best replacement will depend on the depth of the bottom fitting so you'll have to measure as shown in the image below. I recommend the 2530 strength option as well.
