Window balance

I believe these are called window balance or counter balance support springs(?). We need to replace this pair of springs for a window that slides from the bottom and holds at the top. I've looked on the PELLA site and was not able to find the item based on the model number or searching through all window replacement parts. Are you able to help with this? Thank you.

Thanks for posting. This looks like an S380-32 or S385-32 Channel Balance. The only difference between these two balances is the depth of the bottom nylon shoe, or the 'heel-to-toe' measurement. See the diagram below for reference. Compare both balances with your old hardware to see what matches best. In either case, for a stamp option choose 3130.
