I got tired of these men not being helpful and overcharging. I have the brand of window company that manufacturer, but they still need a picture of the part so thanks to YouTube now I have it

What is so custom about these? I'm trying to learn. I doubt the builder was doing custom anything really. I was going to order

27" Series 350 Channel Balance
Product Code: S350-27

But got stuck on the weight

So far I'm looking for 2 only at this point. Thx

There's a pulley wheel built into the bottom shoe which all of our stock balances lack. I'm afraid the Series 350 can't replace the type of balances you have here. The term "custom order" doesn't mean that the part itself is unique, it just means that it's not a part that's commonly available in our catalog and so we have to acquire it by special means. To put it another way, the part isn't custom, but the order is.

With that said, I will email you a purchase link and price quote for (2) of these balances that you can use to place an order on our website. Please note that the metal channel for the replacements will be 28" long so we recommend you confirm your balance measures the same before placing the order. There is a 5-6 week lead time as well.
