Window balance

Can't find no name of window manufacturer anywhere on window I don't think I need that ace gotten parts from your company bout 8 years ago they were ordered by my work partner Mike these windows were installed in 2012

The Series 152 has a 40" maximum travel length. Just note that the distance from mounting the spring to the sill should be no more than 36".
To determine the needed spring weights, you will have to weigh the window sash on a scale and divide the weight by the total number of springs in the window.
I also wanted to mention that the S152 spring installs to the side of the 15-177 with a screw like the 33-071.
Please let us know if you have any questions!

Ok so there r three parts that I need for each window: a pivot shoe, the spring, and a screw to attach the spring to the pivot shoe and so I don't have to go back over there and weigh the window I had it out the day I was over there it can't weigh maybe 8-10lbs if that and none of the windows travel more than 36"
there is only three windows that have this problem but for future possible problems with other windows I prolly need to order at least four more sets of parts answer consist of three parts the pivot shoe the spring and the screw to attach the two together so that would be 7 sets of three how do I order these I haven't seen no checkout thank you for your help

To ensure the correct operation of the window, it's essential to know the exact weight of the sash. For instance, if the window weighs 10 pounds, you can use one S152-5 5-pound spring on each side. However, it's important to choose the appropriate weights to support the window sash adequately; otherwise, the window may be difficult to operate if you guess or approximate the actual weight.
If you need new coil spring supports, see the 15-143 bushing, 15-144 cap, and 15-145 barrel. These parts "sandwich" around each spring.
If you visit each parts store page, you'll see an "Add To Cart" button, just don't forget to set the quantity that you need.
