I have a house with 9 twenty five year old tilt windows. The balances are shot on several of them. Window latches on some are also bad. I'm ordering a couple of latches from you to see if they fit. I am also attaching pictures. I watched a video of yours where you replace a spring and string balance (like mine) with a newer style channel one. The window that needs the balance is 16.2 lbs 29" wide by 30 ¼" high. The entire window is 31" wide by 60 3/4" high. The channel that the spring is in is 3/4" wide and 7/8" deep and runs the full 60 3/4" that the window is high. the spring and plastic piece is 27 1/4" and the spring itself is 13" See the attached pictures. Can you help? I am more than capable of making something close work. (engineer by trade)

Thanks for writing in! The balance you have here can be replaced with the Series 795 Channel Balance. As shown in the video tutorial below, we'll need to know the length of the an undamaged balance to ensure we are providing you with the correct fit for the window.
I'll also need to know the exact weight of the window sash to determine the stamp option needed for your repairs.
