Window balance

Please let me know which model to choose. This is for a window sash that weighs about 34.6 lbs. The length of the window balance is 27". The pictures provided show the type of the plastic fittings.

We can assist with a replacement balance, but to further review, are you able to show us a picture of the inside of the metal channel where we can view the connection point between the spring and pulley system? From there we can determine the correct series for your window. Thank you!
