Hi Swisco! what model balancer is this? I measured frame length at just under 28 inches long.

If you could show us the connecting point between the spring and pulley inside the metal channel, that would help us confirm if our stock balances could work for your repair or if they would need to be special ordered. Thanks for getting back to us. Your balance resembles the stock S395 channel balances but I'd recommend double-checking the length. These types of balances stamped with 28 3 would normally measure 29" long, not including the end fittings. If so, you would need the S395-29 with 2830 strength options.
