Window balance

Hello there. I am confident we can replace this balance, but first I need to see the 'guts' or underbelly of the metal channel. Some balances from the west coast have a special design we must account for. We should be able to move this along from there.

Perfect, thanks. It seems to me that you have either the S380-20 or S385-20 Channel Balance. The only difference between these two balances is the 'depth' of the bottom nylon shoe, as shown below. Measure your old balance's shoe to see what matches best. For a stamp option choose 1930.
