Thanks for your help. It looks like a spring, a plastic rod, strings, and small plastic parts.

Hello there. This crossbow balance is no longer made, but you should be able to replace it with one our tilt window channel balances. Can you just tell me the diameter of the spring? It should be 3/8" or 1/2". We can proceed from there.

Great. You can replace this crossbow balance with our Series 795 Channel Balance. The video below explains how.
