Window balance

Unsure what model Window balance this is. from top to bottom is around 22.5 in and 0.5 inches wide. I need to replace my current one.

Hey there. I am confident we can replace this channel balance, but we need a little more information. Can you tell us the length of the metal channel, not including the nylon attachments at both ends? Can you show us any stamp on the metal channel? We should be able to narrow it down from there.

The metal channel is 21in.
I do not see any stamp on the outside or inside of the metal channel.

Thanks for getting back to me. Looks like you have either an S380-21 or S385-21 Channel Balance, depending on the bottom shoe depth. See below.

You also have to choose a stamp option. This reflects the strength of the balance. If there's no stamp on the balance, weigh the window sash these balances support. You can use that exact weight to choose the right stamp option.
