Window balance
Thanks so much for reaching out to us. We can supply this balance, but it may need to be a custom order. You have a very particular configuration here.
Before we go any further, can you please show me a photo of the hole in the frame where that hook installs? I also need to know the stamp printed on the channel.
Finally, how many of these did you want to purchase?
We would need four sets of each that I took a picture of (4 sets of 34C and four sets of 32D). I would need the smaller 1" shoe for them as well.
What is the return policy, if they end up not fitting the channel/window?

So, you can use our Series 795 channel balance to repair your window, but there are a few differences we need to go over before you buy anything.
The first and most important difference is that our Series 795 only installs using a screw tab, not a hook. However the shape of the hole in your frame tells me that you can still use our configuration despite this difference. All you need is to purchase the 26-200 screw plug separately. I'll share a video below that shows you exactly how this can be done.
The second major difference is that your balance uses a smaller shoe than what comes with our Series 795 normally, which you've already observed. I would therefore recommend that you purchase our 15-194 separately.
