2740 BSI JL Window balance

I need a pair of window balance rods. They have the number 2740 stamped on body. Also says BSI and JL. The metal body is 28 & 1/16" long. The channel is 1/2" wide.Is this a S390-28?

I honestly can't say for sure, though if your metal body does not end on the inch then you might have a special custom balance. Can you show me a few pictures of your hardware? Please take a picture of the top and bottom nylon attachments, respectively, and we will try our best to find a match.

I rechecked the body and it does measure 28" w/o the guides. I've enclosed some pictures of the guides. If you look at inquiry D62668, I think the style I need might be the S395. Hopefully you can help sort out.
