Window balance

Question

We have a customer with balance problems some windows open some dont. The window has Pacific Industries printed on it. Im having some trouble finding the correct parts. Im hoping the pictures help

The top tilt latches look like our 26-089P. With that in mind so your balance springs might be our Series 900 spiral balance, which has a 3/8" diameter tube. Check it out and see what you think. I would recommend removing the balance from the window to confirm.
