I can see clearly that the top fitting matches our 19-005, however I'm not sure about the bottom fitting. Yours appears to be damaged. Do you have an undamaged version we can see? I suspect it may be either our 15-005 or 15-004, but I cannot be sure. You can check it out and see which is closer. If you have the 15-005, I recommend our S380-29 channel balance. If you have the 15-004, I recommend our S385-29 instead.
