I have Simonton Series 8000 Storm Breaker windows purchased in 2006.

Thanks for posting. This old Simonton Coil Balance system is no longer made, but you can replace it with the 15-259 Pivot Shoe and Series 159 Coil Balance springs. The video below shows how to do this. Check it out.
