Your balance looks like a match for the S351-27 or S390-27. The best match will depend on the depth of the bottom shoe, so you'll have to measure as shown below.

Can you tell me the stamp printed on the metal channel? That will help us determine the spring calibration.

I'm afraid we don't have a 1-1/4" shoe. The best we could offer is the 15-003 (1-3/16" depth) and the 15-095 (1-5/16" depth) shoes, but this would require a custom order, which is nonrefundable. It couldn't hurt to double-check the depth, just to be safe.

The 26 5 stamp tells me that you'd want the 2650 stamp option for a 26 to 30-pound sash.

Thank you for double-checking. We could custom make you a balance with the 15-095 shoe, and you could shave it down to the desired depth. You'd just have to be careful not to shave down too much, as these balances can't be returned.
