Window balance channels

Question

Need 6 29" metal plus plastic end pieces, strings, pulleys and springs, 14" spring plus 3/8" spring hook each end, 14 3/4" total length of spring. Stamped code on channel 28D USB.
Also need 4 23" metal plus plastic end pieces, strings pulleys and 10 1/4" spring plus hooks, 11" total spring length. Code 23E on the 23" channel.

Thanks for reaching out to us. I'm afraid that I can't tell what your nylon fittings are from these photos. It is similar to the Series 380, but you'll have to confirm that you have a 1" deep 15-005 shoe. That's not something we can confirm from a photo.

I would also double check the length of the balance stamped 23E. That should indicate a 24" long balance, not 23".

Finally, a stamp of 28D corresponds to our 2840 option and a stamp of 23E corresponds to 2350. Don't worry about the length of the spring, that's not really relevant. The stamp is what you want to focus on.
