Window balance foot

This looks like a 1" wide t-lock shoe with a groove in the stem, which, unfortunately, we do not carry a replacement for. Instead, I would recommend relacing both balances in your window with our S795 channel balances and 1" wide 15-194 t-lock shoes. Neither the balance channel nor the t-lock shoe has a groove, so they will work to replace the assembly as long as you replace them on both sides of the window.
